Refund policy

We want you to love your Aurolux dash cam. If it isn't right for you, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Returns
Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email hello@aurolux.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

**Exchanges**
Need a replacement or a different item? Email us within 30 days, and we'll arrange an exchange. If your unit arrives defective or incorrect, we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Warranty
Every Aurolux dash cam is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, a small return shipping fee may apply. Items must be returned in resalable condition with all accessories.
