Shipping

We ship from US warehouses. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships. Free standard shipping on every order within the US.

Returns

If your dash cam isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email hello@auroluxauto.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Warranty

Every Aurolux dash cam is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
